"It is ... not our job to sit in judgment of whether state and local frustration about federal immigration policy is warranted. We are, however, required to intervene when states and localities directly undermine the federal objectives embodied in statutes enacted by Congress," wrote Chief Judge Theodore McKee.

The Federal Judge seems to be coming out against the American people in blocking any actions against illegal immigrants. What part of illegal do they not understand? If ICE and its fellow agencies can't stop illegals it's against Federal Law for state or local cops to do it? Brilliant, simply brilliant.

If you're a liberal judge, "illegal" is a general guideline unless somebody rapes your daughter. Then the "rape" wouldn't be a guideline.
It's what we've come to expect from the freaks on the bench.
Something has got to change. This country is in a bad way.
We've strayed so far from the "rule of law" that we now find ourselves in a gray world where we live by the "rule of individual interpretation to further specific agendas".
The new beginning starts in November, and the "rule of law" will re-emerge sometime in the future. I'm hoping that happens not too many election cycles down the road...
LL - I remember a very liberal local politician in New Orleans (some years ago), until his daughter was raped and murdered. Changed his liberal ideas overnight. Seems things came too close to home and he couldn't explain evil away by mumbling about "rights" that don't really exist.
Opus, let us hope that Hoping the Blind is right. A charged voting booth may just change everything, in November and the future. The problem with that being that the evil ones do not rest, and the media alters opinions with their biased coverage.
