Yours truly at the Scottsboro, AL BOOK FAIR, held earlier today (4-23-11) at the local library.  I was able flog 8 books to the curious attendees.  Fourteen local authors displayed their work to a curious public.  And a good time was had by all.  This photo was taken by a nice lady who writes children's books.

Plying your warez to the unsuspecting citizens of Scottsboro... $10 a copy? Cheap at double the price!

Niederhauser Anwendungen (Asia) Ltd. must be doing a thriving publishing business!

I'm looking forward to the next Willoughby tome.

I saw your comment over at Opie's place and just want to say I am happy to hear you and your family are OK after the tornadoes. We were in Birmingham and Talladega the week before and can't believe the devastation just a short time after. Our prayers are with everyone affected.

LL -
Ninhoosie bin Wiffilewanger, or whatever, is, I hope, becoming one of the leading houses.

I shall start the latest literary effort this week, now that I have some faint idea what to write about. More murder and mayhem.

Conserv,

We went into Huntsville today and for the first time passed the areas near us that were hit. Trees down everywhere, and in the same area as last year. Some people - like us - came out of the storm incident okay. Others, far too many others, lost everything.

I'm sorry for those who were wiped out. But where there is life, there is hope. There were too many lives lost and for them there was only a 6x2x6 hole.
